Take the Mama Tea challenge and cut down your caffeine this year! Ok, you may need that caffeine hit in the morning but ease in a Mama Tea mid morning and you are on your way! Replace your last cup of coffee or tea in the evening with a Cool Mama (packed full of chamomile, so great for getting you sleepy!) and before you know it, you will have significantly reduced your caffeine intake.
